Another stage in the water process at C4KK is moving a 4000 liter tank, which was being used for all the water needs in the home and on the compound, was finally moved to it’s rightful place…out in the shamba.
Here it is before being moved. This is where everyone washed clothes (in buckets or a wheelbarrow).
Once the tank was off its stand it needed to be cleaned.
Time to move the tank.
and get it on top of the office/guest room (when our visitors are here this will be used for men’s quarters then our social worker, Peter, will use this for his office)
Today the leak in this tank is supposed to be fixed. When it first was filled the room had water all over the floor….so that needs to be repaired!
Slowly the water is being tackled throughout the compound and home! Thank you God!!
