Watching movies is one of my favorite things to do and I miss my Saturday morning movie dates with my youngest daughter, Amanda. So when our speaker system was recently returned, True Vine Christian Church was using it, I was quite excited. I set up the system to test everything and we watched a movie.
I had helpers carrying equipment and you could hear the excitement in the hushed whispers as it was set up. Many, if not all, of these kids have never seen a movie before and most likely the Saturday afternoon schedule was interrupted but a movie, right!?
It’s another reason though I will be glad when we move to the compound of C4KK…..movie night can actually occur at night! So to that end our matching donation for Stack the Stones is still going on….please prayerfully consider donating towards this project.
All the kids were considerate throughout the movie….little talking and if they had to get up and leave they were respectful of those around them. I was happy and they enjoyed the move 🙂
