It’s only 9 am and I’m heaving several big sigh’s this morning! But as I told Chuck, it only gives me fodder for the blog 🙂
Yesterday I received a text message saying I had to register my phone line or it would be turned off today (Monday). I had registered my line several months ago so I called customer care. They told me yes I was registered and no my line would not be turned off. Whew, thank goodness for an easy end to this….or so I thought!
Today I tried turning on my internet on my phone, nothing. I had sufficient data on the plan so that wasn’t the case and Chuck’s phone was connecting to the internet with no problems. Big sigh…hmmmm, wonder if yesterdays text has anything to do with this?
I tried calling customer care but my phone said “please call customer care to register your line”….yup my line had been disconnected. So I got Chuck’s phone, called customer care and began telling her the story. As she started telling me what the issue was I was cut off….darn network, or so I thought!
When I called back I got a message saying “I’m sorry you do not have sufficient credit to complete this call”! Ok, another big sigh. We put credit on the phone and I called back (after several tries of course). This time I had enough credit, network was ok and the call went smoothly….customer care unblocked my line, with no explanation as to why it was blocked/turned off in the first place but hey I’m back in business! Big sigh of thanks!
