Today the kids watched Lupita’s speech on beauty. First I explained who she was (briefly because most of the kids have no idea about awards in the movie industry) but everyone was quiet during the video, listening attentively. After it was finished I emphasized what she was saying and told them God had made them all different colors for His purpose and glory. It’s the spirit of God in the heart and mind which makes a person beautiful.
