Recently Joseck, C4KK outreach team leader, was a guest speaker at a church and saw several children in need of medical assistance.

This child’s hands are being eaten up by jiggers.

After his visit he made an observation:

These two creatures in my compound live a better life than these children I met at a church where I was guest speaker.

He went on to ask:

Do I really need their permission to let you know that they need to be treated and be fed? Certainly, no! I will arrange for their treatment next week,God willing.

There are so many cases just like this we are told of each and every day.  I apologize if I haven’t stated the needs as often as I could, or should.  I don’t always have names for every person this ministry assists, but Joseck and the other team members know each and every person on a personal level.

Look at the faces above and tell me, does it matter if you know their names or not?  Will you assist only on the basis of knowing a name?  How about we look at each one as an angel, an opportunity to show Christ’s love in a tangible way.

Touching their life by treating a parasite, touching their skin to let them know they are loved, touching their heart with a whisper of how very much God loves them, touching their soul with an invitation to accept Jesus.

Do we really need a name?

By God’s grace these children will be treated and our hope is you will join us in this endeavor.  Please visit our donate page to see options on how to become a part of touching lives in Kenya.
