Imagine working in a community where you are asked (on a fairly regular basis)…”who are you people?” Our C4KK outreach team members in Kenya are loving people through distributing food, helping with medical issues, fixing roofs, supplying beds and so much more. But simply because of the outpouring of love, people are wondering who they are.
This gives the team members a perfect opportunity to tell their neighbors about the love of Jesus Christ and God, our Heavenly Father, and His free gift of eternal life with Him.
One matatu driver (public transportation driver) recently told Joseck, “What you people are doing is the work Jesus used to do and I don’t believe there is anybody else who is doing this except you.” He wonders how this is possible unless God Himself is involved!
Now, I know there are others doing what “Jesus used to do”, but to this community they haven’t see it until now. I thank God for the C4KK team members who continually point to Jesus as the provider for all that is being done.
This family received a new roof and the father received medical treatment and is now able to wear shoes and walk…praise God!
