Young children should be loved and cared for but for this little family it’s the children who are taking care of children. We witnessed several “child head-of-households” in Kenya and the eldest child was usually hard working and persistent in taking care of their siblings. They sacrificed school so they could work and feed the family.
We recently received this from our friend in Kenya,
A request…if the Lord allows us to build a house for a needy family can we consider some orphans living in the village? They have no one to help them and their houses are almost caving in.
For them, they have some relatives but none cares for them and the eldest has to work to take care of her siblings.
I’ve been asking God “why” a lot lately. Why them? Why not me? The only answer I have is not really an answer but I completely believe God is in control and He may just be looking at us to ease another persons suffering. Saved By God’s Grace continues to help those who are suffering in Kenya with your generous contributions.
Please consider a donation to Saved By God’s Grace to help this family. Every bit helps but if you are lead….$1,200 is the total needed.
Thank you, God Bless and be safe my friends.
