I absolutely LOVE when God shows Himself bigger than any of our requests!
Recently I wrote to you about Mama Astone who needed a new home (you can read about that here).
Well, I am happy to announce that her home is being built. Thank you for your generous giving to make this a miracle for Mama Astone!
Materials were purchased and delivered
The construction team set up markers for placement of the home
Even at this stage it looks beautiful!

The community came out to assist Mama Astone with the mud walls.
Our friend and construction volunteer, Albert, will place the doors and windows this weekend, God willing.
Traditionally, women celebrate a newly built home by smearing the owners face with mud. Mama Astone was blessed by this as they all sang praises to the Lord for the gift of a new house.

Mama Astone said she can hardly believe this miracle has come to pass. “Kweli Mungu amejibu maombi” (Now I believe God has answered my prayer)
