For those who do not know what ugali is….basically it is water and flour cooked together until it forms a cake-like consistency (but it does not taste like cake)!

You forgot to mention that it is corn flour, and I agree barely edible. Unless you have some freshly roasted sheep or goat, then I can stomach the stuff.
