Yesterday Saved By God’s Grace spent the day at SVSU (Saginaw Valley State University) at the Saginaw Diocese youth rally.

SVSU-Youth-Day-(7)

We talked with several young people, priests, nuns, and youth ministers about missions and the opportunity to visit C4KK in Kenya.  God knows who is supposed to move forward so we simply told people about our kids in Kenya.

SVSU-Youth-Day-(2)

No matter where we go, Kenya is on our minds (and in our coffee cups!)

SVSU-Youth-Day-(3)

A station was set up across from our table where kids (sorry, young adults!) could decorate flip-flops, write letters and package them up for our kids at C4KK.  They’ll be so excited to receive these lovingly packaged items!

We were also notified as we were setting up the table proceeds from the sales of jewelry and clothing would be donated to Saved By God’s Grace!  Praise God for His continued grace and providence!

SVSU-Youth-Day-(13)

The direction God gave us several years ago was to tell people about this ministry….He would do the rest.  With events like these we talked and we thank all those who made this possible!

Today the Midland County Fair begins and we’ll be hanging around there throughout the day and week ahead.  Stop by if you are in the area at the Saved By God’s Grace booth!

If you are interested in hearing about this ministry and would like us to attend your group, church, etc. please check out our calendar for times and dates which are open and then contact me to set something up!
