Recently the kids at C4KK had a Christmas party with a special meal, soda and watching some (Kenyan) music videos. They also had a young lady come and encourage them in their endeavors. This student, Mary, is currently in a trade school (being supported by Saved By God’s Grace) learning to be a cabin crew member on an airline. I’m pretty proud of this young lady for working hard throughout her high school days, always maintaining a C or better. She also took a year off after graduating to work and save money for her living expenses once she started at the trade school. She’s made some mistakes along the way but continues to work hard and (hopefully) learn from her mistakes. Mary will be graduating from trade school soon and we pray she is able to find a job and continue to be a blessing to those around her.
As you can see they decorated the upstairs of the mission home. Everyone had a good time celebrating Christmas and the end of another school year!
