Today we worshiped at Revival Worship Church. Our friend, Rosemary, gave the message first service and did a great job. She was broadcast live on Facebook Live too! You can go to Joseck’s page and see that video.
We attended second service and was joined by other visitors from the US and from the local area:
Pastor Benard had the church rocking with his message of trusting God even when we aren’t sure where He’s taking us or what we’ll find there (Abraham and Eliezer)! Plus he tried to show these Kenyan women how they carry water…be careful Pastor, these are some strong women!
You see Pastor, even the little girls are strong!
The kids also rocked the church!
After church we headed over to grandma’s house to chat the way forward on what’s left to be done on her new home.
We also saw a couple future fundi’s (craftsmen)!
Chicks in dishes is normal, right!?
Then we walked to the water source to see the distance. Water needs to be brought to grandma’s in order for the mud to be mixed and put onto the walls.
It was a beautiful day of worship both in a building and in the community!
Never unamazed by what these women carry on their heads!
Tomorrow we are supposed to work on grandma’s house and I just might be getting a few braids in my hair (going to visit a friend at her salon).
Thank you for all the prayers and financial support. Please prayerfully consider becoming a monthly supporter of this ministry and all that is done through it by God’s grace. We see so much need everyday and can only do as much as God provides through you, our supporters. So thank you in advance for whatever you can do. Be blessed!
