Nope, neither…the house is settling.  I wonder if that’s any indication that I’m finally settling in?  I could go off on a wild tangent with that one, but let’s get back to task.  The plaster they use on the walls is actually a cement mixture that is smoothed over the stone.  It’s about 1-2 inches thick so very easy to see the cracks.  We’re waiting for awhile before attempting to fix any of them.  Better to wait for whatever wants to crack, crack then afterward fix them.

I laugh every time I go out the front door though because it looks like the house (in the first photo) is going to break in half!  No matter how may cracks appear though I am so thankful for our little stone house…cracks and all!
