I usually do not go to the farm so it was an unusual day for me on the farm 🙂
Still waiting and praying for rains but the beans and maize seem to be coming up pretty well, but the watermelon is another story.
While Chuck surveyed the farm, checked the crop status and scheduled workers for spraying pesticide:
I collected stones:
I definitely need to make a few more trips to the farm for more stones…I especially like the little tiny ones. Hmmm, wonder what I can make with these?
We’ve received the last of the Christmas outfits for the kids’ gifts (read here for more details on that) and now I must begin the process of wrapping and tagging. I’ve also been informing the secondary students, as they call us to say hello during their break, to come to Nice View on the 11th for a short get-together. We’ll be able to get their year end results, their fee structure for next year and it will give us a chance to see the students all together.
Movie nights are over until next year, school is out until January 4th and all the kids have gone to relatives or guardians for the holiday break so the school is very, very quiet these days. Not sure what God has in store for us but the only thing I can do is wait upon Him and pray I hear His directions.
got confused by this form — which field is name and which is email and then what is the third untitled field for? Anyway, I think you should glue those stones to wood frames. they’d make great pic frames. Then sell them on this site to raise money for SBGG!
