Today we came to Nairobi for a few things….have Chris see a chiropractor (which went very well!), Chuck and Bosco got some needed parts for something (I don’t get into that side of things), Chuck attempted to deal with Kenya Power but he was only able to change the address on the bill before computers went down and no more work was to be done.

But another reason we came to Nairobi was to use the fast internet…I have a couple of video editing programs to download and they are very large so I need the faster (consistent) internet, plus some other internet stuff to do.  And as an added bonus, where we are staying has a washing machine and dryer…I get to wash my clothes in a washing machine!  Yes, I did pack my dirty clothes!  Oh and I also get to wash my hair in a decent shower!

I know, I know, lots of exclamation points in this post but fast internet, washing machine, and great shower!?  What a blessing!  Now the only downer I’ll mention is I brought our MASH DVDs, to kind of veg with while my computer programs are downloading, but they only have VHS here….maybe at the front desk they’ll have a DVD player.  But that is not a deal breaker for the rest!
