During the rainy season in Kenya many families find their roofs leaking and some try to “fix” it by placing plastic over the holes.

The mbati roofs (tin roofs) rust through and when it rains their dirt floors become mud pits.  Grandmothers and mothers will gather their grandchildren and children into a corner where they hope to remain somewhat dry during the night sleeping on the floor, but that isn’t always possible.

Saved By God’s Grace helps these families by furnishing bunk beds to sleep on and repairing or replacing the roof.

Here’s a look at how much rain they are getting this rainy season…seems it’s either too little or too much but we trust God to provide for these families as Saved By God’s Grace continues to show them the love of Christ.

Some homes need a little more work by replacing broken down walls.

It’s always an event when the C4KK Outreach team arrives and begins working.  God is always given the honor and praise for His provision and people are seeing His love through these actions.

Grandma gives thanks and prays for the team as they work on her home.

Please consider assisting this ministry to help as many families as possible this rainy season.  Replacing a roof is approximately $350 and a new bunk bed is $100.  Thank you and have a blessed day!
