Chuck and I are back in hot Phoenix after a wonderful break in California to see my sister. The weather was beautiful and spending the time with my sister was beyond words! Here’s a look at our time there:

Thank you anyone and everyone that helped get my sister and my brother (in-law) back to the US to recharge their batteries but equally recharge ours! It’s been nearly 3 years since I’ve seen my sis and bro-in-law, without Christmas or thanksgiving together as a family as we’ve done for over 25 years. We all admire and appreciate what Tam and Chuck have been called to do, but we cannot help be selfish for what we miss out on every year, every holiday. So thank you for allowing them the luxury to come home to us while continuing to care for the many they love and care for back home. Huge accolades in the US this week, I pray they continue to be huge accolades in our efforts in Kenya.
