Students sit three or four to a desk.

Text books are scarce and you might find 20-30 kids sharing one text book.

Chalkboard paint is painted on one wall, but if the teacher has chalk she’s lucky.

The floor is swept nicely but normally it will be a dirt floor.

A teachers desk most likely is a broken down table.

There are no pictures on the wall, no graphs, no vocabulary words, no math problems.  Whatever the teacher is able to create is what’s on the walls.

Does that sound like any school you’ve visited?  Yet this is the reality for many students in Kenya.

Saved By God’s Grace help hundreds of children attend school.  We help pay school fees, supply school uniforms/shoes and purchase text books.  Giving a child the gift of education is one way in which we show them the love of Christ.  They are told of a God who loves them enough to bring donors from around the globe to help them with their schooling.

You can find donation amounts for various school needs on our Gifts of Hope page and then donate online.

Regular monthly donors are also appreciated for educational support for the children we assist in Kenya.

Thank you for your consideration and may you have a blessed day!
