This is a shout out to Catherine (in the video feeding the chickens) for taking such good care of our chickens! This woman is my Kenyan sister and her work ethic and faith are strong and vibrant, just like her personality and smile!

Providing a source of eggs to the community at a reasonable price is one of our goals. This will also provide meat and, as the project grows, a source of income to the individuals who will be working here. As the revenue increases from the chickens it will also be put back into the project to assist in its growth.
We hope that eventually the proceeds will be great enough to provide for a piece of land where we will build a shelter to assist single moms get back on their feet instead of resorting to a life of prostitution. Yes, it is a lofty goal but by God’s Grace it can be done.
